Ryan Cohen is the Founder and President of Cohen Capital Value LLC (“CCV”), a value-oriented hedge fund established in 2021. CCV is a fundamental long/short equity fund that primarily focuses on small and mid-cap stocks in North America and Europe. The fund’s sector-agnostic investment strategy centers on identifying misunderstood, high-quality assets at inflection points, with positions sized based on their margin of safety.
Prior to founding CCV, he spent 1.5 years as an intern at Voyant Advisors, a short-only equity research firm specializing in forensic accounting.
Ryan graduated from San Diego State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Business Administration Finance.
