Andy Greenberg is the Managing Partner of Saker Management, LP, the investment manager for Saker Partners, LP, which was founded in 2013. Saker employs a fundamentally-based approach to event-driven investing in special situations and equity capital markets. He began his investing career at Citadel Investment Group, where he worked from 1996 to 2005 in risk arbitrage and event driven investing as an analyst, head of US event driven investing, and co-head of global event driven investing. Subsequent to Citadel, Andy ran the event driven strategy at Deephaven Capital Management from 2006 through 2007. He also worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co in the fixed income division prior to business school. He was privately managing his own capital in the same strategies for several years before forming Saker. Andy has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Michigan.
