Jim Litinsky is the Founder and Managing Member of JHL Capital Group LLC, a fundamental, value-driven, opportunistic investment firm. JHL’s goal is to provide superior risk-adjusted returns in any market environment, with a strong focus on capital preservation.
Prior to JHL, Jim was a member of the Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund at Fortress Investment Group (NYSE:FIG). Jim has worked as a Director of Finance at Omnicom Group (NYSE:OMC) and in corporate finance at Allen & Company. He received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, cum laude, and a J.D./M.B.A. from the Northwestern University School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management. Jim is the co-author of “Omnicom’s No-No (A) and (B),” case studies on convertible bonds published by the Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association.
