Steven Eisman is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Emrys. Mr. Eisman has over 21 years of investing experience and has been a Portfolio Manager since 2004. Prior to founding Emrys, Mr. Eisman was a Partner and the Senior Portfolio Manager of the FrontPoint Financial Services Fund, which began operations in March 2004, and the FrontPoint Financial Horizons Fund, which began operations in January 2006 and was named Specialist Equity, Fund of the Year, Absolute Return Awards 2009. Prior to FrontPoint, Mr. Eisman was a Managing Director and Senior Financial Services Analyst at Chilton Investment Co. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eisman was a Managing Director and Senior Investment Bank/Asset Management and Specialty Finance Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. While at Oppenheimer & Co., Mr. Eisman was ranked as an All-Star Analyst by both Institutional Investor and The Wall Street Journal on multiple occasions.Mr. Eisman earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
